Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the City of Olean, County of Cattaraugus, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left in the Assessor’s Office, Room 120, Olean Municipal Building, where it may be seen or examined by any interested person(s) until the Fourth Tuesday in May.

The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll

Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 from 9am to 1pm and from 6pm to 8pm,

Wednesday, May 13th, 2026 from 9am to 1pm,

Thursday, May 14th, 2026 from 9am to 1pm &

Saturday, May 16th, 2026 from 9am to 1pm

Review will meet on

Tuesday, May 26th, 2026 between the hours of 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm in the Police Training Room, Olean Municipal Bldg., 101 E. State St., Olean, NY, to hear and examine all complaints in

relation to

assessments, on the application of any person(s) believing himself to be aggrieved.

Last date for filing assessment grievance complaints: May 26th, 2026

The uniform percent of value as stated by the Assessor on the tentative assessment roll: 64%
