Notice is hereby given that as of May 1, 2026, the Assessor for the town of Farmersville, County of Cattaraugus, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year. The Tentative Assessment Roll is available online May 1 at www.CattCo.org/

Assessment-Rolls.

A certified copy of the Tentative Assessment Roll was filed in the office of the town clerk on May 1, 2026 where the same will remain open to public inspections.

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on June 4, 2026 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Town Hall, 8963 Lake Ave., Farmersville to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any persons believing him/herself to be aggrieved.

Application for filing complaint is available online, at the Town Hall or the County Assessor’s Office, 207 Rock City St., Little Valley (former Little Valley School).
