NOTICE OF

COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE

ASSESSMENT ROLL

Section 506 and 526 of the Real

Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that as of May 1, 2026, the Assessor for the town of Portville, County of Cattaraugus, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year. The Tentative Assessment Roll is available online May 1 at www.CattCo.org/Assessment-Rolls.

A certified copy of the Tentative Assessment Roll was filed in the office of the town clerk on May 1, 2026 where the same will

remain open to

public inspections.

The assessor or a representative will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment roll at the Cattaraugus County Real

Property Office, 207 Rock City Street, Little Valley on:

Saturday, May 2, 2026 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Monday, May 4, 2026 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Tuesday, May 5, 2026 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

Wednesday, May 6, 2026 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on June 1, 2026 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Town Hall, 1102 Portville-Olean Road, Portville to hear and examine all complaints in

relation to assessments on the

application of any

persons believing him/herself to be aggrieved.

Application for filing complaint is available online, at the Town Hall or the County Assessor’s Office, 207 Rock City St., Little

Valley (former Little Valley School).
