ASSESSMENT ROLL AND

HEARING OF

COMPLAINTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Assessor of the Town of Wirt, County of Allegany, has/have completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year; that a copy thereof has been left with the Town Clerk, where it may be seen and

examined by any person interested therein until May 26, 2026, (typically fourth Tuesday in May), and that on such day the Board of Assessment

Review of said town will meet at 210 Main St Richburg in said town, between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, to hear and examine all complaints, in relation to such assessments, on the application of any person believing himself aggrieved thereby.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that prior to the aforementioned date, the said assessor(s) will be in attendance with said Assessment Roll at 210 Main St Richburg, in said town, on the four following days and times:

Tuesday May 5, 2026 from 11am to 1 pm and 3pm to 5pm

Saturday May 9, 2026 from 11 am to 2 pm

Tuesday May 12, 2026 from 11am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm

Tuesday May 19, 2026 from 11 am to 1 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm

To hear and file any complaints in

relation to said

Assessment Roll.
