COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE

ASSESSMENT

ROLL AND

HEARING OF COMPLAINTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Assessor of the Town of Allen. County of Allegany, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the year; that a copy thereof has been left with Jame VanDewalker. Town Clerk, at 4949 Klein Rd.

Fillmore, New York 14735. Where it may be seen and examined by any person interested therein until the first Wednesday after the fourth Tuesday in May, and on such day the Board of Assessment

Review of said town will meet at the Town Hall in said town, between the hours of 6 pm. and 10 pm, to hear and examine all complaints, in relation to such

assessments, on the application of any person

believing himself aggrieved thereby.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that prior to the afore mentioned date, the said assessor will be in attendance with said Assessment Roll at the following locations on the four following days and times.

On Friday May 8, 2026 from 6pm. to 10pm. at the Town of Granger Town Hall

On Friday May 15, 2026 from 6 pm. to 10 pm. at the Town of Allen Town Hall.

On Saturday May 16, 2026 from 6pm. to 10pm. at the Town of Granger Town Hall.

On Friday May 22, 2026 from 6 pm. to 10 pm. at the Town of Allen Town Hali.

To hear and file any complaints in

relation to said Assessment Roll.
