COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE

ASSESSMENT ROLL AND

HEARING OF COMPLAINTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Assessor(s) of the Town of Cuba, County of Allegany, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year; that a copy thereof has been left with

Allesia Heslin, Town Clerk located at 15 Water Street, where it may be seen and examined by any person interested therein until May 27th, 2025 and that on such day the Board of Assessment Review of said town will meet at The Cuba Town Hall between the hours of 5:00 PM and 9:00PM, to hear and examine all complaints, in relation to such assessments, on the application of any person believing himself aggrieved thereby.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that prior to the aforementioned date, the said assessor will be in attendance with said Assessment Roll at 15 Water Street in Cuba, NY on the four following days and times:

Wed. May 14, 2025 from

9:00AM to 1:00PM

Thur May 15, 2025 from

4:00PM to 8:00PM

Fri May 16, 2025 from

9:00AM to 1:00PM

Sat May 17, 2025 from

8:00AM to 12:00PM

To hear and file any complaints in relation to said Assessment Roll.
