NOTICE OF

BOCES ANNUAL MEETING

Please take notice that the Board of Cooperative Educational Services of the Sole Supervisory District of Cattaraugus, Allegany, Erie and Wyoming Counties will hold the annual meeting of the trustees and

members of the boards of education of its component districts on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 6:00

p.m. at the BOCES Center at Olean, 1825 Windfall Road, Olean, New York. The Board of Cooperative

Educational Services will present, for review, to the trustees and members of the boards of education of component school districts in attendance at such annual meeting the tentative administrative, capital, and program budgets for 2026-27. The following are summaries of the tentative administrative, capital and

program budgets. The amounts stated are based on current estimates and may be subject to change.

Copies of the complete tentative administrative, capital, and program budgets will be available for

inspection by the public between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the office of the District Clerk, 1825 Windfall Road, Olean, New York, commencing on March 16, 2026. Summary of

Budget: Total Administrative Budget $3,256,135

includes: Board of Education $103,580, District

Superintendent salary $165,000 (BOCES share), District Superintendent Fringe

Benefits $53,090 ,

Office of District

Superintendent $45,500, General Administration and Central Office

Support

$2,188,210, Retiree Costs $424,975 and Other Costs (operation and maintenance, computer services,

telephone, copier, postage, printing) $275,780. Total Capital Budget of $3,254,500 includes: Rental of

Facilities $1,254,500 and Transfer of Capital Projects Fund $2,000,000. Total Program Budget of

$103,659,015 includes: Career & Technical Education $13,585,740; Special Education $28,137,390;

Itinerant Services $6,870,615; General Instruction $7,349,890; Instructional Support $18,170,425;

Management Services $22,230,085; Total Federal, State and Local Grant Programs $7,314,870. Total

2026-27 BOCES Budget is 110,169,650 and includes administration budget,

capital budget,

program budgets, and federal, state, and local grant

programs.
