NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Local Law No. 4-2025, which was filed with the New York State

Department of State on December 15, 2025, is published pursuant to Section 214 (2) of the County Law and Local Law No. 4 of 2002.

This local law establishes the Allegany County Animal Abuser Registry

effective January 1, 2026.

A copy of Local Law No. 4-2025 is available for review by the public at the

Office of the Clerk of the Allegany County Board of Legislators, County Office Building, 7 Court Street,

Belmont, New York, 14813.
