NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Local Law No. 2-2026, which was filed with the New York State Department of State on June 2, 2026, is published pursuant to Section 214 (2) of the County Law and Local Law No. 4 of 2002.

This local law

permits Allegany County to opt out of the New York State short-term rental

registry program

established by the New York State Real Property Law, Section 447-c(1)(a).
