NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Local Law No. 2-2025, which was filed with the New York State Department of State on October 27, 2025, is published pursuant to Section 214 (2) of the County Law and Local Law No. 4 of 2002.

This local law authorizes the appropriation of funds to the Wellsville Municipal Airport in amounts as the Allegany County Board of Legislators may designate by resolution on an annual basis. There is no requirement, however, that due to the existence of this local law that money necessarily must be appropriated in any certain year. This local law shall remain in effect through January 1, 2028.
