NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Local Law No. 1-2025, which was filed with the New York State Department of State on October 27, 2025, is published pursuant to Section 214 (2) of the County Law and Local Law No. 4 of 2002.

This local law amends Local Law 1-2024 and Local Law 2-2021

authorizing young, licensed hunters ages twelve (12) and thirteen (13) years to hunt deer with a firearm or crossbow during hunting season with the supervision of a licensed adult hunter through December 31, 2028.
