NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Local Law Intro No. 4-2025,

adopted on November 12, as Local Law No. 4-2025, is subject to a permissive referendum and is published pursuant to Section 214(2) of the County Law and Local Law No. 4 of 2002.

Local Law No. 4-2025 is a Local Law to Provide Increases in the Compensation of Certain County

Officers.

Section 1. Commencing on January 1, 2026, the

annual salary of the incumbents of the following County

offices shall be as

follows:

County

Superintendent of Public Works $146,320

Election

Commissioners $22,947

Public Health

Director $105,200

Section 2. This Local Law shall take effect on the date of its filing with the Secretary of State upon filing and publication in accordance with Section 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, and subject to

permissive

referendum.
