Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information which will be used to

establish the assessment of each parcel on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Allegany, which will be filed on or before May 1, 2026.

The information may be reviewed by appointment, at the County Assessor’s main office, 207 Rock City Street, Little Valley, NY (former Little Valley School) on Wednesday March 11, 2026 between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm and at the Town of Allegany Town Hall, Wednesday March 18, 2026 between the hours of 12:30 and 3:00pm.
