Project Description:

The applicant proposes to stabilize three (3) stretches of streambank along Elton Creek (Class/Standard: C/C[T]) using rock riprap and totaling 305 linear feet. The project would disturb approximately 0.02-acres of NYS Freshwater Wetland FD-3 (FWW FD-3), and approximately 0.25-acres of the regulated 100' adjacent area associated with FWW SR-8. The Department is seeking public comment on the application prior to making a final decision on permit issuance.
