The Allegany Joint Fire District is seeking bids for weekly cleaning of office, kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, stairs, and meeting areas. This contract includes, but is not limited to weekly sweeping and

mopping of floors, garbage removal, dusting, and cleaning windows. A complete list of required duties and onsite walk through can be provided by calling Jill Stady, Secretary &

Treasurer at 716-378-4663 or email jstadyafd@gmail.com. Contractor must provide proof of

insurance with bid and agree to sign a confidentially statement if awarded bid. Please submit bids to the Allegany Joint Fire District, Attn: Jill Stady, 186 W. Main Street, Allegany, New York 14706. Bids will be accepted until February 11th at 5:00 P.M, at that time the bids will be opened and reviewed. The Allegany Joint Fire District reserves the right to refuse any and all bids for just cause.
