The Randolph Central School

District is requesting proposals from eligible community- based organizations to provide Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) services for the 2026–2027 school year.

Eligible applicants include licensed or registered child care providers, Head Start

programs,

nursery schools, and other eligible early childhood

organizations in accordance with

Education

Law §3602-e.

The deadline for written questions is March 30, 2026.

Proposals must be submitted by April 16, 2026.
