Notice of Public Hearing on

Preliminary Budget for the Town of

Salamanca

Notice is hereby given that the Preliminary Budget for the Town of Salamanca for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 has been completed and is on file with the Town Clerk where it is available for public inspection during office hours. Further notice is hereby given that the Town of Salamanca will hold a public hearing at the Salamanca Town Hall, 4295 Center Street Ext., Salamanca NY on the 11th day of November, 2025 at 5:45 PM and that at such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against the Preliminary Budget as compiled and for or against any item therein contained. Pursuant to Section 113 of the Town Laws, the purposed salaries of the following Elected Officers are hereby specified as follows:

Supervisor: $8,000

Justice: $9,270

Town Clerk: $7,500

Town Board: 4 @ $2,000= $8,000

Hwy. Superintendent: $19,000

The regular Town Board Meeting will be held after this Public Hearing
