hearing will be held

before the Town Board of the Town of New Hudson at New Hudson Town Hall, located at 8561 CR 41, Black Creek, NY at 5 pm on Monday, April 27th, 2026

concerning the

introduction of

Local Law No 4 of 2026 entitled A Local Law to

appoint Mathew Rosenbaum, Esq. to represent the Town of New

Hudson in Town of New Hudson Justice Court on matters dealing with dog control

issues.
