LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF FRIENDSHIP FIRE DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the following Resolution has been adopted by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Friendship Fire District on April 28th, 2026, subject to a Permissive Referendum.

RESOLVED the Town of Friendship Fire District shall purchase a 2006 Spartan Chassis Custom Cab

Pumper.

RESOLVED that the purchase shall be made with monies drawn from the Town of Friendship Fire District

Reserve Account (Truck), not to

exceed the sum of $37,500, with no tax increase to the taxpayers. And is further

RESOLVED that this resolution is adopted subject to permissive referendum requirements set forth in Section 6G in the General Municipal Law, and in the absence of a referendum election, this resolution will be effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.

The Secretary of this board is directed to publish a notice containing this resolution in

compliance with the aforesaid Section 6G of General

Municipal Law.
