Proposed local law

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Allen at the Town Hall Building Located at 4949 Klein Rd, Town of Allen. New York. At 7:05 PM November 10, 2025, Concerning Introductory Local law 2 of 2025 entitled “A local law to override the real property tax cap levy established by general municipal Law 3-C”. The purpose of the proposed local law is to authorize the Town board to adopt a budget for the year 2026.

A copy of proposed law is available for inspection at the office of the Town clerk. As such time and place all persons interested in the subject matter of proposed local law will be heard concerning the same.
