LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Humphrey will hold 4 public meetings prior to the regular meeting on April 14, 2026. 6:00 PM, at the Town Hall. There will be a variance to allow a structure to be built close to a property line on a property on Sugartown Road. There are 3 Local Laws being presented as follows: 1 Adoption of 2025 NYS Building Codes, #2 Local Law to change the day of BAR to the first Tuesday in June and Local Law #3 Procedure for Public Access to Records (FOIL).
