The Town of Friendship will be accepting non-

collusive closed sealed bids on the sale of a 2003 International Diesel Recycling Truck. All bids must be accompanied with a non-conclusive bidding certificate that is properly filled out and signed(form can be obtained at the Town Hall), then sealed. All bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and submitted to the Office of the Town Clerk at 4 East Main St., Friendship, NY by Tuesday, April 14th by 4pm.Truck can be seen at 27 South St.,

Friendship. Bids will be opened up at the Regular Meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 7:05 pm. The Town

reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
