LEGAL NOTICE

The Farmersville Board of Fire Commissioners Annual Election will be held Tuesday December 9, 2025 at the Farmersville Fire Hall. Polls will be open from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Only property tax paid, registered voters from the Town of Farmersville are eligible to vote. There will be one (1) Fire Commissioner to serve a five (5) year term beginning January 2026. Eligible candidates must serve written notice to the Commissioner Secretary by November 20, 2025.
