LEGAL NOTICE

The City of Olean, New York (the City), is soliciting sealed bids for the full removal and

replacement of the existing Bartlett House roof. Bids will be received by the City Department of Public Works (DPW), at 2:00 pm on May 21, 2026, at 101 East State Street, Room 206, Olean, New York. Bids will be publicly opened and read at this time and place.
