Patterson to Community Bank, N.A., to secure the sum of Twenty Two Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($22,000.00), and recorded in the Allegany County Clerk’s Office on June 23, 2020, as Instrument No. 2020-8263. The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the Mortgaged Premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.
