LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed proposals will be received by the Shinglehouse Borough of Potter County, Pennsylvania at 103 N. Pleasant Street until 4:00pm on March 10, 2026 for the following.

Estimate of 11,040 square yards of Slurry Seal Treatment, furnished and installed at various locations throughout the Borough as directed by authorized Borough personnel.

Bid proposals may be obtained from the Shinglehouse Borough at 103 N. Pleasant Street, Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Bids will be open on March 10, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Borough Council meeting room at the

Memorial Library Building, 103 N. Pleasant Street, Shinglehouse, Pa.

Proposals must be upon the forms

furnished by the

municipality.

The bid must be

accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Shinglehouse Borough.

The Shinglehouse Borough reserves the right to reject any and all

proposals.
