Legal Notice

Pursuant to New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 1660,

Subdivision 11, all vehicles in excess of a gross weight of 8 ton are excluded from traveling on any town highway located within the Town of Olean without first obtaining the appropriate permit issued by the Highway

Superintendent.
