LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to article 41 section 1660 paragraph 17 OF THE NEW YORK STATE vehicle and traffic law, all highways in the TOWN OF CUBA are closed to trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors, tractor-trailer combinations, tractor-semi trailer combinations, or tractor-trailer-semitrailer combinations in

excess of eight (8) tons. Such closings will be in effect when notices are posted at the terminus of each highway.
