LEGAL NOTICE

Please take notice that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Westons Mills Fire District did on September 8th adopt a Resolution #25-11 authorizing the usage of up to $20,000 from their Equipment Reserve account to be utilized to purchase new turnout gear. Motion was made by J. Henneman 2nd by T. Everetts with all members voting aye. This resolution will become effective on October 8th 2025 unless prior to that date, a referendum is received by the undersigned board secretary that is signed by 25% of the owners of taxable real property in the Fire District, requesting a vote by the qualified voters of the Fire District.
