Please take notice that the Annual Election of Fire District #1 of the Town of Olean, NY will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the Fire Hall on Old Rock City Rd., Town of Olean, NY.

There will be elected, one Fire

Commissioner to serve a Five (5) year term of office.

The Polls will be open from six PM (6) to nine PM (9) in the evening. Only property tax paid, registered voters of the Town of Olean NY Fire District are eligible to vote.

Eligible Candidates must serve notice to Secretary, twenty days prior to election. 11/20/2025.
