The Common Council of the City of Olean, New York has scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Olean Municipal Building. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on proposed

Resolution #67-26 to amend the City of Olean Code of Ordinances Section 24-84, One way streets and

alleys, to include North 3rd Street from Reed Street to West Sullivan Street and North 4th Street from West Sullivan Street to Reed Street, as well as Resolution #68-26, to amend the City of Olean Code of Ordinances Section 24-140, Parking prohibited 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays, to include the east side of North 4th Street between Reed Street and Sullivan Street.
