Legal Notice of Public Hearing

The Common Council of the City of Olean, New York has scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Olean Municipal Building. The

purpose of this hearing is to

receive public input on proposed Local Law #01-2026, to authorize the City of Olean to

override the tax

levy limit.
