LEGAL NOTICE OF ESTOPPEL BY FARMERSVILLE FIRE DISTRICT

On June 27, 2026, the Board of the Fire Commissioners of the Farmersville Fire District dopted the Resolution, summarized below, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such Resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized: (a) for an object or purpose for which the Farmersville Fire District is not authorized to

expend money, (b) if the provisions of law that should have been complied with as of the publication date of this notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit, or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty (20) days after the publication date of this

notice, or (c) such obligations were authorized in

violation of the

provisions of the Constitution.

Summary:

Description: On June 27, 2026, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Farmersville Fire District, Farmersville, Cattaraugus County, NY by Resolution authorized the purchase of one used 2022 Ford 4×4 Mini Pumper Fire Truck and twelve (12) sets of Firefighter Turnout Gear for use by the Farmersville Fire District.

Maximum Cost: The total price of the above-described equipment shall not exceed $405,000.

Financing Plan: The financing plan for the above-described equipment is $25,000 in cash and the issuance of $380,000 in serial bonds to be paid over a period of eight (8) years.

Probable Usefulness: The probable usefulness of the above-described equipment is

fifteen (15) years.
