The Business

Office of the Belfast Central School

District is seeking sealed bids for the following items for a three-year period commencing July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029:

Backflow Preventer Testing; Bus Lift Inspection/Preventative Maintenance; Divider Curtain;

Elevator Inspection; Generator

Maintenance; Gym Bleacher & Auditorium Seating; Overhead Door Inspection & Maintenance;

Uniform & Floor Mat Services.

Bid specifications may be obtained by contacting the District Office at 585-365-2646 ext. 1271 or in person at 1 King Street, Belfast, New York. Sealed bids must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bid title and received no later than May 29, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. At that time and place, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
