LEGAL NOTICE:

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Collector of Taxes for the Town of Willing, has received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of County and Town taxes for 2026, these are payable through January without penalty. A penalty of 1 % will be added during the month of February, 2% penalty added during the month of March and 3% penalty on April 1st.

The Clerk/Collector will be in her office Tuesday and Thursday 9 to 3pm and Saturdays 9 to noon (Jan 1st Thru April 1st only) Tax payments can be paid in person, by mail or dropped off in the locked drop box outside the Town Hall front door. The tax roll will be returned to the County Treasurer after April 1st. Thereafter all taxes and penalties will be payable at the County Treasurer’s office located at the County Court House in Belmont, N.Y.
