NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Franklinville, Cattaraugus County, State of New York, is requesting bids for a 2026 Ram 4×4 Single Cab, Cab & Chassis. All bids must be accompanied by a non-collusive bidding certificate placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town of Franklinville, P.O. Box 146, Franklinville, New York 14737, and be clearly marked "Ram 5500 truck bids". The deadline for receipt of sealed buds is 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025. Such bids will be publicly opened at the Town Board Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on October 14, 2025. Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk's office during business hours.
