NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed Budget of the Franklinville Fire District of the Town of Franklinville, State of New York, will be presented to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Franklinville Fire District, for its consideration.

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Franklinville Fire Hall, 75 N Main Street, Franklinville, New York 14737, in the Town of Franklinville, State of New York on the 21st day of

October, 2025.

That a copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Fire District Secretary at 75 N Main St,

Franklinville, NY where it may be inspected by any interested person.
