LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Election of the Westons Mills Fire District (per Town Law 175(1), will take place on Tuesday December 9th between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the Westons Mills Fire Station Truck Rooms located at 1310 Olean-Portville Road – Route 417, for the purpose of electing (1) Fire Commissioner for a Five (5) year term commencing on January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2030. All voters registered with Cattaraugus County Board of Elections on or before November 16, 2025 shall be eligible to vote. In addition, voters are to be at least 18 years of age, a citizen of the U.S. and a resident of Cattaraugus County and the Westons Mills Fire District (Town of Portville or Olean portion) for a minimum of 30 days prior to election. Candidates for

District Office shall have filed their names with the Board Secretary (listed below) of the Westons Mills Fire District at the Fire Station located at 1310 Olean-Portville Rd. (Route 417), no later than 20 days prior to election (November 19th, 2025).
