LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed bids are sought and requested for the performance according to specifications of a contract to be granted by the Hinsdale Fire District for the purchase of a new Utility Task Vehicle (UTV). The sealed bids will be

received by the Hinsdale Board of Fire Commissioners at the Hinsdale Fire Department, 3832 Church Street, Hinsdale, New York until 7:00 p.m. on May 4, 2026, and will be publicly opened at the Hinsdale Fire Department at 7:15 the same date.

Proposals must be made upon and in accordance with the specifications provided by the Hinsdale Fire District. Said specifications may be obtained by contacting the Hinsdale Fire District Secretary, Jill Douglas, (716) 307-3364 or hinsdalefiredistrict

reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities in, or to accept the bid deemed most

advantageous to the Board without notification to the bidder or reason for rejection.
