NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: Pursuant to the Town of Willing Local Law #2 of 2025, for

Regulation of

Unsafe Property, a Public Hearing will be held noting violations, on property owned by Mr. Douglas Wilke

located on State Route 19, SBL. 265.7-1-18. The hearing will be held at the Willing Town Hall, located at 1431 State Route 19, Wellsville NY on Monday, July 13th, 6:30pm.

At such time, all people may and will be heard in favor or against any item or items filed by the Town of Willing Code Officer. These documents are available for inspection by any or all interested persons at the office of the Town of Willing Clerk during her normal business hours or on the Town of Willing Website (willingny.gov) Any persons desiring to attend said public hearing and in need of special accommodations kindly notify the Town Clerk, Barbara Mansfield at (585) 593-3210 a minimum of five days prior to the date of the Public Hearing.
