LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Allegany will hold a public hearing at the Allegany Town Hall, 52 West Main Street, Town of Allegany, on July 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM, to hear all interested persons regarding proposed amendments to the Town of Allegany Zoning Code pertaining to Planned Unit Development (PUDs). The proposed amendments are available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, 52 West Main Street, Town of Allegany, New York.
