CALL FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk at the Caneadea Town Hall, 8911 State Route 19, P O Box 596, Caneadea, New York, 14717, until close of work at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, for 87 octane unleaded gasoline and #2 ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel for the Town of Caneadea Highway Department, for January 1 – December 31, 2026. All bids will be publicly opened and read on said date at 4:00 p.m. in the Meeting Room of the Caneadea Town Hall. Specification and bidding sheets may be obtained from the Town Clerk’s Office located at 8911 State Route 19, Caneadea NY 14717, (585) 365-2928 or by emailing (preferred) the Supervisor at caneadeasupervisor@gmail.com . All bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Fuel Bid” and must include a properly signed non-collusive bidding

certificate.
