Be advised the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Westons Mills Fire District will be accepting Proposals (RFP) for Independent Auditing Services for the Fire District (including LOSAP and EMS Billing Review). Proposals will be accepted from Certified

Public Accounting (CPA) firms licensed to practice in the State of New York. The audit shall include examination of all district financial records and compliance with New York State laws and regulations. The term of engagement will be for (1) fiscal year audit with the option from both parties for renewal for up to (4) additional years. Detailed requirements and needs for the audit can be obtained by contacting Fire District Treasurer Dwight Everetts at 716-372-7618. Commissioners reserves the right to amend this RFP, cancel the RFP process, negotiate with proposers, and waive informalities in proposals. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and accept the Proposal in the best interest of the Westons Mills Fire District.
