ANNUAL

ELECTION OF THE BOLIVAR JOINT FIRE DISTRICT

On December 9, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Bolivar Joint Fire District will take place on December 9th, 2025 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Bolivar Fire Hall located at 460 Main Street, Bolivar, NY for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2031 and one Commissioner for a three (3) year term ending December 31, 2029.

All voters registered with the Allegany County Board of Elections on or before November 18th, 2025 shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Bolivar Joint Fire District, by contacting her via phone call no later than twenty days before the election, November 18, 2024.
