ELECTION FIRE COMMISSIONER’S OF THE KILL BUCK DISTRICT 1

DECEMBER 10, 2025

PLEASE TAKE

NOTICE that the Annual Election of the Kill Buck Fire District 1 will take place on

December 10, 2025 between the hours of 6:00pm – 7:00pm at the Kill Buck Fire Station location on Kill Buck Road, Kill Buck, NY 14748 for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a 4-year term, Treasure for a 1-year term, and a

secretary for a 1-year term.

All duly registered residents of the Kill Buck Fire District 1 shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for office of Fire Commissioner and Treasurer must be residents of the Fire District, and shall notify in writing of intent to run for office to the Secretary of the Fire

District PO Box 203 Kill Buck, New York 14748.

Incumbents are as follows:

Vacant – 4-year Commissioner

Kelly Earley – 1 year term – Treasure

Lyndsay Siafakas – 1 year term
