Notice is hereby given that

Allegany County is inviting sealed proposals from qualified firms for antenna installation services. Sealed proposals must be submitted to Matthew Evans, Radio

Technician,

Allegany County Sheriff’s Office, 4884 State Route 19, Belmont, NY 14813, no later than 4:00

p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025.

A mandatory vendor registration deadline is set for November 25, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., and a mandatory preproposal meeting will be held on December 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern at the Allegany County Sheriff’s

Office. Proposers must register by providing their firm name, point of contact, email address, mailing address, and telephone number. Registration information should be emailed to Matthew.Evans

@alleganyco.gov.

may submit written questions regarding this RFP by emailing Matthew.Evans@

than December 5, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. It is the vendor’s

responsibility to check for any issued addenda.
