COLLECTOR’S NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned, Collector of Taxes in and for the Town of Olean, County of Cattaraugus, State of New York, have received the warrant for the collection of the taxes of the said Town for the present year, and that the Five Star Bank located at 124 West State Street, Olean, NY will receive payment of said taxes M-Th 9 am-4 pm, Fri 9 am-5 pm, or taxes can be mailed to PO Box 86, Warsaw, NY 14569.

Tax payments will not be received at the Town Hall.

Further, take notice that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2026, without charge of interest. On all taxes postmarked and collected after such date there shall be added

interest of one

percent for each month until the return of the unpaid taxes is made to the Cattaraugus County Treasurer on the 1st day of April, 2026.
