NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Local Law has been presented to the Common

Council of the City of Salamanca for adoption, which will AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO.2 FOR 2007 GRANTING PARTIAL EXEMPTION FROM REAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR PERSONS OVER 65 YEARS OF AGE BY INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF INCOME ALLOWED TO AN OWNER SEEKING SUCH AN EXEMPTION TO $25,999.

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, I, Sandra Magiera, Mayor of the City of Salamanca, New York, will hold a public hearing on the proposed Local Law in the courtroom of the City Municipal Building, 225

Wildwood Avenue, Salamanca, NY, at approximately 7:00 PM on December 10, 2025.
