NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Olean Zoning Board of Appeals

A public hearing will be held on July 22, 2026 at 5:47 pm in the Council Chambers at the Olean Municipal Building to consider a Use Variance request by Steven Pancio to use the premises of 1821 Buffalo Street as a

multi-use building that would include a veterinary office, dog daycare/

boarding, and dog grooming. This request will vary from the requirements of Article 6, Section 6.1 of the City of Olean Zoning Law. All interested parties are invited to attend.
