Olean Zoning Board of Appeals

Public hearings will be held on June 10, 2026 at 5:48 pm in the Council Chambers at the Olean Municipal Building to consider an Area Variance request at 517 N. 6th Street to increase the size of a garage by exceeding 10% of the lot size as well as varying from the

6’ setback requirements. This request will vary from the requirements of Article 10, Section 10.5 and Article 6, Section 6.1 of the City of Olean Zoning Law. All interested parties are

invited to attend.
